if you want the gallery for 0.1-0.14 than you will have to DL 0.14 it will have the gallery for chapters 1-9.  the new updates starting with 0.15 and going to current is like a new season and will have gallery for current chapters

The only rout for now is Harem rout and it starts with Sandra.  Pick the the top of every choice except the second test from Maddie.  As far as your question yes you will need to start fresh to Rout with Sandra

With the release of 0.15 the game transitioned into a new season. What this means is that the game size has been drastically reduced because 0.15 only contained chapter 10. If you never played My New Family before, download 0.14 and play chapter 1-9!  Make sure to save the game where it tells you to save After this you can continue with 0.15 and all later versions but ONLY with the savegame you made at the end of 0.14! 

Try getting on to Killer 7Discord for a saved game of 14 at the correct spot

My New Memories updates will be faster if you sign up on Killer7 discord that is the only place he plans to release the Alpha of MNM.  As state by him it will not go to other public servers. Part of the reason he wants feed back on whats done so far and he may change things entirely

With 0.15; new gallery content will start new and start to add up with future updates; gallery 1-9 can be still viewed playing 0.14

Most likly it would be the core content to keep people interested in the game and the updates to keep them coming back.  For story based it would how you want the story to progeress

Killer7 announced in his post that 11/2 that he is working on the last day. Here is what he said "

Beta 5 will release this week which means Pre release is next week - and public release most likely as well. I will give a exact release date once I'm done writing the script for the last day of 0.15."

Killer is the public release for 0.15 still around the 30th or is it going to be later.
